Program Description: FirstRing sends automated SMS text messages on behalf of local businesses (such as plumbers, HVAC companies, salons, and restaurants) to their customers. Messages include missed call notifications, appointment confirmations, follow-up call summaries, and service reminders. Messages are sent only to end users who have provided explicit consent.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with FirstRing-powered businesses. You may receive up to several messages per interaction.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Supported Carriers: SMS service is available on all major US wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not guarantee that our AI agents will correctly handle every call or that our service will be available 100% of the time. We are not responsible for missed calls, miscommunications, or any business loss arising from use of our Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIRSTRING AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
